i went to raves in the late 90s and early 2000s. The vibes were amazing back then, so i decided to look at the raves of today by doing a search on yt and it just doesnt look the same. Most people arent dancing, it doesnt look like a communal thing at all. It doesnt seem to have the energy. Maybe we did more drugs back then, i dont know lol. Maybe im just an old fuddy duddy. People here should search for rave footage from the 90s and early 2000s. Its just a completely different vibe. Its frenetic energy and just looks like insanity but it really wasnt. Also we were dancing back then and not thinking about social media and getting ourselves filmed for likes on the socials. I must admit i do wnt to go to one of the huge EDM festivals but i just feel like im too old, but i still love EDM , all the latest stuff is amazing and i listen to it most of the time. I just want to know if the energy at the raves of today is the same. Im so curious.
